Shipping
A Well Hung Light™ uses UPS Ground or USPS for shipping. If ordering on-line shipping charges will appear on your order. Handling charges will be applied at time of shipment. If you order directly from Ideawerks, via e-mail, in person or by telephone, we will be happy to advise you of the shipping and handling charges. Anticipate anywhere from 2 -7 days for shipment delivery depending on your location. Extra shipping and handling fees will apply for packaging over 36 inches. Please call for details.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, cashier’s checks and cash.

Warranty
Ideawerks warrants our products for functionality and workmanship. Suitability for use is the responsibility of the buyer. At our discretion we may allow returns, but only if received in good working order and a proper Return Authorization Number. Should we agree to a return, a restocking fee will apply. Special orders will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit upon order. Ideawerks has made every technical attempt to display color and detail on our website and other media. Buyer should be aware that variations may occur due to computer, monitor or television settings.
